A: Prints are selected and designed for the proposed size. It is not possible to request them in other sizes unless specified in the article.
Q: Do you also sell custom works upon request?
A: Yes, we also create commissioned works. Send us your ideas or reference images and we'll guide you in creating a unique piece.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Shipping generally takes 3-5 business days. Customized items may take longer, but we'll keep you updated.
Q: Do you also ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship throughout Europe and many other countries. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Q: My order arrived damaged, what can I do?
A: We're very sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of arrival with photos of the damage, and we'll get back to you promptly.

A: Unfortunately, no. Custom-made items are non-returnable, unless defective or damaged upon delivery.
